Wine at Home sells alcoholic products.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.
We reserve the right to request valid ID upon delivery and refuse delivery if age cannot be verified.
3. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
Wine at Home reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order and limit quantities per customer.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to errors or supplier changes.
All online payments are processed securely via Paystack. We do not store your card details.
5. Delivery Policy
Orders under R750: Delivery fee of R50 applies.
Orders R750 and above: Free delivery.
Delivery timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation.
We provide integrated delivery tracking.
Additional charges may apply for failed deliveries.
6. Risk & Ownership
Ownership passes to the customer upon successful delivery.
Wine at Home is not liable for loss or damage after delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
We will replace or refund products that are damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
No returns for change of mind or opened products.
8. Product Information
Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our ability.
Vintages and packaging may vary.
9. Privacy, POPIA & Marketing Consent
We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
By using our service, you consent to receiving communication regarding specials and updates.
You may opt out at any time.
We do not share or sell your information.
Information is only shared for payment and delivery purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
Wine at Home is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or delays outside our control.
